With Weekly logistics calls, back up plans to the back-up plans and clear communication when we had to call an audible, each of the multiple stakeholders involved in this project felt heard. In the end, this project might be our fastest ever turnaround time on a series! By having a robust post-production team and pre-approved calendar, we were able to stay on-track (and in some instances were even ahead of our schedule) hitting all the release deadlines with a smile and some high fives
